By using this course you understand and agree to the following:

1. Due to the complicated nature of the design and construction process, Euclid Harbor Enterprises, Inc. (EHE) and it’s consultants make no warranty, either expressly or implied, with respect to the actual suitability of the contents of 22 STEPS TO DIGITAL DRAFTING SUCCESS and or CAD DRAFTING DIGITAL HOUSE PLANS to your specific situation. Further, no warranty of any kind is made with respect to the use of this information, including any change made by any person, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. 2. This information is guided, in part, by a recognized national model code known as The International Residential Code (IRC). This course information was, at the time of it’s publication, up-to-date to portions of the 2006 edition, to the best of our knowledge. However, due to great differences in time and place, and continual changes in state and local codes, this information may not be in compliance with any such codes as adopted and amended in your area. 3. Also, due to the great differences in geography and climate through out the United States and Canada, each state, county, and locality jurisdiction normally has its own building, energy, and land use codes and other regulations. This provided information may need to be modified to comply with such regulations. In addition, the high wind and seismic area provisions of the IRC require specific professional consultation beyond the scope of this course. 4. It is highly recommended you obtain and be guided by the currently adopted codes of your local building and land use. It is also strongly recommended you obtain your own copy of the IRC. Most provisions of the IRC are prescriptive such that an informed individual who is not an Architect or Engineer may be substantially aided in preparing code compliant residential building construction drawings by following the contained “rule of thumb” charts, sections, structural information, and directions. 5. While EHE, and it’s consultants have endeavored to provide a high level of care, due to the nature of construction process, and be-cause we provide no personal design consultation, or on-site supervision, and have no control or charge of the work, we shall not be responsible for the construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, schedules, or procedures, or for the safety precautions and programs connected with any construction, or for the acts or omissions of the owner, contractors. sub-contractors, or other persons performing any of the work. or for the failure of any of them to carry out work required by regulations, building codes, contracts, or contract documents. 6. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the total aggregate liability of EHE and it’s consultants shall be limited by you and by all third parties, to the paid course cost, for any and all injuries, damages, claims, losses, expenses, or claim expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from any cause. Such claims include, but are not limited to, negligence, errors, omissions, strict liability, breach of contract, or breach of warranty. 7. All information is intended to illustrate methods for producing digital architectural drawings. The courses are published with the understanding Euclid Harbor Enterprises, Inc., and it’s consultants are not offering professional architectural or construction services. If you need such services, please contact a qualified architect, engineer, or builder in your area. EHE 81010
