By using this course you understand and agree to the following: 1. In return for your payment, EHE grants you, the customer, a limited license to use the copyrighted course and information. 2. You may directly use the course information and make copies, for your own use, in preparing design drawings and construction plans. EHE expects you to use this course, for your own use, in preparing your own construction designs and drawings. See attribution below. You accept full and complete liability for the accuracy and integrity of any such design or drawings created. 3. You may change or modify the course information, creating a derivative work from the course information, and make copies for your own use. EHE expects you to use this derivative work, for your own use, or as an instrument of client service, in preparing construction designs and drawings. See attribution below. You accept full and complete liability for the accuracy and integrity of any derivative work created. 4. You may use the course (and derivative work) material to train yourself and as a result of your training prepare design and construction drawings for your own projects. Such projects are not considered derivative works for purposes of this agreement so long as attribution is provided when directly using the course material in your project drawings.
